Tera is an artist with backgrounds in science research, policy, and community planning. She recently earned her Masters from UC Berkeley in city planning and landscape architecture. Her work utilizes animation to tell local stories and help communicate social justice issues to the public. Her recent animated work focusing on the Richmond community and a Just Transition framework away from fossil fuels is outstanding!
